Kopk Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

01 General Overview

Kopk.fun (hereinafter referred to as "kopk", "we", or "the platform") is an online gaming platform providing entertainment gaming services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using the kopk platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions in full before registering with kopk. 02 Account Registration and Personal Information

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential — do not share them with anyone.

• Only one account may be created per mobile number or email address.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact kopk support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.

03 Age Verification & Eligibility

Members must be 18 years of age or older to participate on kopk. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Kopk may request a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate for age verification at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete. If a minor is found to have registered, all deposited funds will be returned and the account will be permanently closed.

• Government-issued ID is accepted for age verification.
• Every family member is responsible for ensuring minors are kept away from gaming.
• If verification is taking longer than expected, let the support team know — we'll resolve it promptly.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on kopk can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. Deposits are generally credited instantly; if there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes after verification. However, withdrawals may be held if KYC has not been completed or suspicious activity is detected.

• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Deposits and withdrawals using a third party's account are not permitted.
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit may apply — contact support for details.
• Kopk reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction if fraud is suspected.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kopk offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cashback, and more. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to exploit the system — will result in the cancellation of bonuses on the accounts involved and may lead to account suspension.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Kopk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• For referral bonuses, the referred person must be a valid new member.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kopk platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and potential forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using fraudulent or deceptive payment methods.
• Using bots, automated software, or any hacking tools.
• Using kopk for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other members.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorized use of kopk's logo, trademarks, or brand identity.

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

Kopk believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress. We encourage all members to play responsibly. kopk provides several protective features that you can make use of.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily lock your account on your own for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Reality Check: View a summary of your account activity at regular intervals.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

• After a prolonged period of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• By court order or for legal reasons.
